Copyright notices
If you believe a video made with First of the Month Cows, or anything else on firstofthemonthcows.com, infringes your copyright, email a notice to yaohongan2021@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA notice". We respond to valid notices and remove infringing content within 48 hours.
What to include
1. Your name, address, phone number and email. 2. The copyrighted work you believe is infringed. 3. Where the material is (a link, the file name or the video ID such as gen_…). 4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law. 5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. 6. Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, reply to our removal email with a counter-notice containing your contact details, the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, consent to jurisdiction and your signature. We may restore the content 10 to 14 business days later unless the original sender tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
