Using the service

First of the Month Cows lets you create short AI videos from a photo. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use it.

Who you buy from

Video packs are sold by the independent developer who runs First of the Month Cows (firstofthemonthcows.com). Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Contact: yaohongan2021@gmail.com.

Your content and consent

Only upload photos of yourself, adults who gave you permission, or your own pets. Never upload photos of minors, celebrities, public figures or historical figures, people who did not agree, or nude or sexual images. Do not use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive anyone. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

Acceptable use policy

You may not use the service to create or share: (1) pornographic or sexual content; (2) violent or gory content; (3) hate speech or harassment; (4) any content involving minors; (5) content that mocks or demeans people based on disability, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or any other group; (6) videos of celebrities, public figures or historical figures, or of anyone who did not agree; (7) deceptive deepfakes or impersonation: do not pass a video off as real, use it to sell something or use it to harm anyone’s reputation; (8) content that infringes copyright or trademarks.

Moderation: every generation passes automated safety filters at our AI providers, and reported content is reviewed by a person. Enforcement: we remove violating content, block the photo from being uploaded again and may close the account without refunding used videos. Report content at /report or by email to yaohongan2021@gmail.com; we act on reports within 48 hours. If you think we made a mistake, reply to our email to appeal.

AI models

Videos are generated with Kling 4.0 by Kuaishou. Outputs are labeled as AI-generated.

Generated videos

You may use the videos you create for personal, non-commercial sharing on social media. AI output can contain mistakes; review a video before sharing it. Videos are labelled as AI-generated: keep that label, say the video is AI-generated when you share it and never present it as real footage.

Reports and removal

Anyone can report content through our report page. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms or someone’s rights within 48 hours. Removed photos are blocked from being uploaded again, and accounts involved in serious or repeated violations may be closed.

Payments

Video packs are one-time purchases. Each video in a pack is one 10-second render. Unused videos have no cash value and do not expire while the service is operating. The seller is the independent developer who runs this site. Payments are processed by Stripe, whose terms also apply.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but provide it as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
